Hunger Lunch

On the first Sunday of each month we hold a Hunger Lunch at 1 pm in the church hall.  Everyone is invited whether you are a member of the church or not.

We serve a simple meal of soup, bread and cheese and there is an opportunity to make a donation to a chosen charity, and it is suggested that those present consider donating the usual cost of their Sunday Meal.

Details of which charity are announced on the day but regular charities that are supported include:

  • Tearfund
  • Devonport Allotment Fund
  • Mission Aviation Fellowship
  • International Mission – Bolivia
  • Plymouth Foodbank
  • Shekinah Mission
  • Release International
  • BMS Relief Appeals
